Dual Marketing Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Vettra platform, accessible at vettraverified.com and vettraai.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our consumer quiz funnels, including the Retirement Readiness Quiz ("RRQ") and the Grandparent Test ("GPT").
Vettra is a third-party vetting and matching platform that connects consumers with independently licensed financial advisors. Vettra is NOT a financial advisory firm, does NOT provide financial advice, and does NOT make financial recommendations. The quizzes and reports provided through our platform are educational and informational tools only.
By accessing or using our quiz funnels, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you use our quiz funnels, we collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:
- Contact Information: First name, last name, email address, phone number, and state of residence.
- Quiz Responses: Your answers to quiz questions, which may include information about your age, retirement timeline, annual income, savings and investment balances, debt levels, risk tolerance, insurance coverage, estate planning status, family situation, financial concerns, and advisor preferences.
- Verification Data: Phone verification codes submitted to confirm your identity.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access our quiz funnels, we automatically collect:
- Device Information: Device type (mobile, desktop, tablet), browser type, and operating system.
- Usage Data: IP address, pages viewed, time spent on pages, quiz completion progress, and funnel interaction timestamps.
- Tracking Data: Facebook pixel data, click identifiers (fbclid), and browser/click cookies (fbc, fbp) used for advertising attribution and optimization.
2.3 Information We Generate
Based on your quiz responses, our system generates:
- Quiz Scores and Reports: Retirement readiness scores, risk assessments, income gap analyses, net worth summaries, withdrawal stress tests, and blind spot analyses. These are generated by automated algorithms and are for informational purposes only.
- Lead Classification: A tier classification (Premium, Ideal, or Standard) based on your financial profile, used solely for advisor matching purposes.
- AI-Generated Summaries: Brief summaries of your financial profile generated by artificial intelligence to help your matched advisor understand your situation.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Advisor Matching: To match you with an independently licensed financial advisor based on your geographic location, financial profile, and stated preferences.
- Quiz Reports: To generate personalized educational reports based on your quiz responses.
- Phone Verification: To verify your phone number and protect against fraudulent submissions.
- Communication: To send you a one-time verification code via SMS, and appointment confirmations or reminders related to your matched advisor.
- Advertising Optimization: To send conversion events to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for the purpose of optimizing advertising campaigns.
- Platform Improvement: To analyze quiz completion patterns, funnel performance, and user experience metrics.
4. How We Share Your Information
Your contact information, quiz responses, generated reports, and AI-generated summaries are shared with ONE matched, independently licensed financial advisor selected based on geographic coverage of your state of residence.
We use service providers including Twilio (SMS), SendGrid (email), Anthropic (AI), Cloudflare (hosting), and Railway (infrastructure).
We send pseudonymized conversion events to Meta via their Conversions API. Your raw personal information is hashed before transmission using SHA-256.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.
5. SMS/Text Message Consent and Terms
By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox, you consent to receive verification codes, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications. 6–8. Cookies, Security, and Retention
We use session storage, Facebook Pixel, and server-side tracking. We implement commercially reasonable security measures including HTTPS/TLS and encrypted storage. Data is retained for the duration of the advisor-consumer relationship.
9. Your Rights
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, request information about your data, or request corrections. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA including the right to know, delete, and non-discrimination.
