For vetted advisors

More clients asking for help than advisors to serve them.

Before we open those spots up, we want to make sure we're bringing in the right people. We're looking for advisors who care more about helping people than picking up a commission. If that's you, keep reading.

This isn't what you've seen before

What you actually get when we match you.

01
Exclusive

One advisor. One client.

We don't sell the same lead to multiple advisors. Every introduction is exclusive to you. No racing to the phone. No competing with four other advisors for the same person's attention.

02
Inbound

They came to us.

Every person who comes through Vettra submitted their own inquiry and answered 24 questions about their retirement. They asked for help. That changes the entire dynamic of the first conversation.

03
Prepared

You get their full report.

Before you ever speak, you receive their 20+ page personalized analysis. Readiness score, income breakdown, blind spots, tax exposure, behavioral risk gap, Social Security situation.

04
Warm intro

Alyssa makes the introduction.

Your Vettra concierge sends a warm email to both you and the client. Not a form fill. A real introduction from a real person who has already established trust with the consumer.

Our vetting process

We hold our advisors to a high standard.

01
No auto-reviews

Submit Your Application

Credentials, license information, and specialty. A real person on our team reads what you submit. This isn’t automated.

02
24 to 48 hours

AI Background Check

FINRA BrokerCheck. SEC records. Client reviews. Credential verification. Fee structure. Years in practice. Complaint history. If something doesn’t add up, we find it.

03
No exceptions

Fiduciary Verification

Fiduciary status, designation, and fee transparency independently confirmed. Undisclosed compensation is an automatic disqualification. The integrity of the network depends on every person inside it.

Who we're looking for

We're not looking for everyone. We're looking for the right ones.

The advisor we want is the one who got into this business to actually help people. Not to push products. Not to chase AUM at any cost. To sit across from a retiree who is scared about their future and give them a real, honest answer.

We've spoken to many of the people who submit through our platform. They are real people, scared, confused, and hoping the person they're matched with is someone they can actually trust. We feel a genuine obligation to make sure that person is actually you.

That's not marketing language. That's why we built this.

Advisor FAQ

How do I join the Vettra network?

Apply through Vettra’s Join page. A real person reviews your application, then it goes through an AI background check and a fiduciary-status and fee-transparency review before you are accepted. Vettra keeps the network intentionally small, and about 1 in 3 applicants is rejected.

How does Vettra generate leads?

Consumers find Vettra and complete a short retirement quiz (about 24–27 questions) that produces a personalized report and a 0–100 readiness score. These are inbound, self-qualified prospects — not cold-purchased lists — matched to advisors by state and fit.

Are Vettra’s leads exclusive?

Yes. Each lead is exclusive to one advisor and is never shared or resold to others. You also receive the consumer’s full retirement report before your first call, plus a warm concierge introduction from Alyssa.

What does it cost advisors to join?

Vettra is paid by advisors rather than by consumers. Exact pricing and network terms are covered on a short introductory call or webinar — reach out through the Join page or contact Alyssa at [email protected] to see if it is a fit.

How are advisors vetted?

Three steps: a human application review; an AI background check within 24–48 hours across FINRA BrokerCheck, SEC records, complaint history and fee structure; and a final review of fiduciary status and fee transparency, where any undisclosed compensation is an automatic disqualification. Roughly 1 in 3 applicants is rejected.

What kind of advisor is Vettra looking for?

Advisors who genuinely serve pre-retirees and retirees, act in the client’s best interest, and disclose their compensation. Vettra has worked with 100+ vetted advisors nationwide and keeps its active network intentionally small, so anyone with undisclosed compensation is not accepted.
